Randy serves as the President of Lakeshore Advantage. In this capacity, he delivers direct business expansion and attraction services, oversees the Lakeshore Business Garden and provides overall leadership to the organization. Randy began his economic development career in 1993 and has a Bachelors Degree from Alma College (MI) and a Masters Degree from Binghamton University (NY). His interests include traveling, biking, reading and spending time with his family.

Bruce Adair is the Director of Business Services at Lakeshore Advantage. Prior to joining the team Bruce successfully led every facet of operations from product development to marketing and sales. Bruce will apply his expertise to assisting organizations in the Holland, Zeeland and Saugatuck area with high level economic development support. His duties include developing incentive assistance for companies needing to expand their current operations or expand to new markets as well as assisting companies wishing to relocate to West Michigan He also has an interest in linking area companies to local suppliers and assisting employee development with referrals to local training resources. Bruce has a BA from Eastern University and an MA from Palmer Theological Seminary. His interests include teaching, sailing and building furniture.

Amanda is the Director of Entrepreneurial Development for Lakeshore Advantage. She has over 10 years of entrepreneurial and business management experience, and is a graduate of Davenport University and the Academy of Professional Small Business Consultants. Amanda oversees the daily operations of the Lakeshore Business Garden and is responsible for entrepreneurial programming, special events and marketing.
