History
Lakeshore Advantage was founded in 2003 by area business and community leaders from across the region. Our region was in the midst of an economic downturn that served as the call to action--rather than sitting idle, leaders came together to face the challenges head on. Several community-wide meetings were held to build consensus and support. Today, Lakeshore Advantage is delivering economic development services in a new way--delivering high level business growth and attraction services, launching a new wave of entrepreneurialism, and driving an innovation agenda to help move our region forward.
