EVALUATION PROCESS
Very early in the process we evaluate the potential of the entrepreneur and the corresponding product, technology or service on four basic criteria to ensure the integrity and caliber of Business Garden clients. Criteria areas include:
1. Quality of the management team. Areas of interest include: integrity of principles, focus on results, complementary skills, relevant market domain experience and effective communicators.
2. Technology’s market potential. Considerations are: domestic and/or global market segments, large markets with strong growth dynamics and reasonable competitive structure.
3. Quality of underlying business model. We consider enabling technology, proprietary technology, products or service, unique distribution channels and demonstration of customer value.
4. Potential for value to be created through partnering opportunities.
