Hiring & Training
We work closely with the state sponsored Michigan Works office to find solutions for your staffing needs. Employers can get a free internet job posting on the Michigan Talent Bank with access to over 600,000 resumes. Hiring from the Talent Bank may qualify your company for wage training assistance for the first 30-90 days.
Training for existing workers may also be available. Depending on the scope of your training needs, customized on site training or collaborative classes can be arranged. We will put you in touch with the appropriate party, depending on your needs.
