IMPACT FAB EXPANDS IN HOLLAND CHARTER TOWNSHIP
This expansion adds 52k ft of space to their existing facility and will create 15 new jobs.

– Impact Fab is an established full-service custom metal fabricator that specializes in short-run productions, machine building, and part prototyping services. The company is investing $4.6 million into a 52,000 square foot expansion of its existing facility in the township. Lakeshore Advantage, the economic development organization that assists employers with growth opportunities in Ottawa and Allegan counties, connected the company with local resources on this project.

“Impact Fab is a great example of a company that is utilizing Industry 4.0 efforts to maximize ROI,” said Jennifer Owens, Lakeshore Advantage President. “This expansion will allow Impact Fab to continue increasing efficiency for their highly skilled workforce. Impact Fab is another great example of a local company diversifying in order to remain future-focused and strong.”

This expansion adds 52,000 ft of space to their existing facility in the Holland Charter Township and will create 15 new jobs.

Holland Charter Township is supporting this project in the form of a 12-year Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption that was approved last night.

“Holland Charter Township is pleased to support the expansion and investment Impact Fab is making in their facility,” said Steve Bulthuis, Holland Charter Township Manager.
